Markus Neff grew up in the mountains, was Swiss Chef of the Year in 2007, has more than 10 years over 18 points and 1 Michelin star to rejoice before he started his new field of activity in Andermatt. Someone who likes to stand by the stove and cook what he can.
David greetings, love the snow and the mountains. As a teenager he was a ski jumper. David loves to make guests happy, always ready to recommend the next glass of wine, to have fun at any time.
Maren Müller has found the mountains in her adopted home via stations in Southeast Asia and the South Seas. Cook and Hotel Business economist, but above all she likes to be with the guests.
Charlie Neumüller is a strategic head and wine expert, holding the business reins. He was Sommelier of the Year 2009.

Sunday, October 22, 2023 was our last day of the 2023 summer season, and we are now saying goodbye to a well-deserved break.
